Safety for our Children

Safety and Security are very important to us in our children's ministries.

We use the following guidelines:

Parents must check in at the Children's Check in desk. (Shepherd's Fold, located in the North hall) You will receive a name tag for each child and a parent ticket to pick up your child/children.  These tags will have the same randomly assigned number on them to identify that you are picking up the correct child/children.

All of our volunteers have been attending FUMC for at least six months and have an approved background check on file.

There will be at least two teachers in each room to ensure the safety of all children.

We are committed to providing opportunities to help your children meet Jesus and grow closer to Him!

Nursery and Children's Church

On Sunday mornings, the nursery is available for children ages 6 weeks-36 months. The nursery is open from 8:20 a.m.-12:15 p.m.

Inclement Weather Policy

We follow the same schedule as Bixby Public Schools. Should there be significant snow or ice, and Bixby Schools are closed, we will be closed.
